Politique d’expédition

U.S. - We offer free first class USPS shipping on all orders shipped to an address in the USA. We ship in the U.S. via USPS mail service with tracking numbers. USPS priority mail shipping is available on most orders, as a shipping upgrade, for an additional cost. USPS express (1-2 day shipping), is available on most items, as a shipping upgrade. We ship most orders the day after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays, but it may take up to 3 days or more, on some occasions. If you need same day or expedited shipping, please contact us.

International - We offer international shipping, with tracking numbers, via USPS first class international mail on most items, to the countries indicated, and as priced, in the individual listing. Please note, import duties, taxes, fees and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. Please note that VAT, GST, IMPORT FEES, CHARGES and any other import duties are NOT included in the listing price or shipping fees and payment of these import fees and charges is the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs or governmental office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

We do not mark any of our orders as “gifts” for import purposes. If a buyer marks an item or order as a “gift” the order will not be marked as a gift on the customs form and will be subject to import fess, charges, etc., as appropriate for the delivery country. Please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery of international orders.

If a package is not delivered due to non-payment of the customs fees, the buyer rejecting the package, failure of the buyer to claim the package, etc, refunds will be issued less shipping charges and fees, once the package has been received by us. If the package is not returned in original condition, then the refund amount will be reduced. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for rates and availability prior to completing your transaction.

Please note that once we have deposited your shipment with the shipping company, we cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping, as we have no control over the activities of the shipping company. If a delivery date is provided, please know that it is an estimated date of delivery and is not guaranteed, unless specifically affirmed by us. We are also not responsible for lost or misdirected packages, and in those instances, we will offer a refund, as appropriate. For packages  which are considered “lost” or arrive damaged, buyer is required to complete the insurance claim forms and provide any, and all, information or documentation requested by the insurance company, in order to receive a refund. Failure to complete the required forms voids the buyers refund. We may also request verification of any issues related to delivery, including but not limited to, pictures, police reports, mail theft verification, claims, reports or other information, on file with or made to the shipper.
