The heart consists of 18 round cut Tiffany brilliant diamonds, channel set in a rose gold heart frame. The heart measures approximately 3/8 inches wide by 7/16 inches high at the widest and highest points. The back of the heart is marked Tiffany & Co. on one side, 750 on the other side.
