Authentic Tiffany & Co. Hearts round cut three diamonds platinum heart ring. This ring is a Tiffany & Co. platinum and 3 diamond ring, with an approximate total .19 carats. The diamonds are set in a platinum heart on a straight shank. The top of the ring measures approximately 5/16 inches across, see photo for actual measurement. This ring is a US size 5 but can be resized by Tiffany’s for a fee. We don’t offer resizing. The ring will come packaged in the Tiffany black sueded presentation box and the blue outer box shown.
